Let's see when MC introduces Bella to Neil. If Neil has a crush on her, it might happen if MC isn't on Bella's route. But I highly doubt the DPC will have Neil having a crush on Bella while MC is on her route. As I mentioned before, it's easier to create a love interest for Neil from scratch instead of using one of the girls present in the game.

The only way i could have imagined it with a very slim chance would have been on Jill's route and only if the MC would kinda set the opportunity up, and yeah a LI from scratch would be the easiest solution

Just finished the throuple for this episode and... its pretty bad, DPC did not do them justice.
