Locker Nuts episode 840
Time to head back into the $1,800 abandoned storage unit to finish it up - and we REALLY start noticing some weirdness... I sense a kleptomaniac! So much fantastic, brand new merchandise is stuffed into totes, leading me to only one question - Did I just buy a bunch of stolen merchandise?

Thanks Jack for mentioning me! I would definitely love the jars and will bring you honey in return! I think she was one of those shopping cart loaded up and run kind of thief. Just way too much random stuff. Weird for sure.
So cool! Is there an online link where people can order honey from you by chance? I'd be interested!
@@organicrecreations1338 may I ask where you are located? I am in the Bay Area. I am small backyard beekeeper and typically have honey for friends and family. My bees claim to fame is they harvest off the pear trees planted by John Muir. We are near a private cemetery where John Muir and nine of his family members are buried.
Exactly what I was thinking.
I was thinking more like a kleptomaniac. Seriously, it’s like she couldn’t control herself.
💖🐝
I vote pallet buyer. I bought pallets of clothes and had tags left. A strong magnet is all you need to take them off.
Years ago I worked retail and suspected a manager of stealing inventory. We set up cameras specifically in places she did not think there were any. Found out she had her own shop set up inside a storage unit selling all the stolen clothes at a discounted price.
Brahmin handbags are high end, the green one you found retail for at least $500.
Ask Kayla, she will know!
Especially if it’s discontinued. Definitely a great find
Came here to say the same!
I agree!
It looks like a person who bought liquidation target pallets. Your new items are the type of items found on those pallets.
i thought that too...except the sensor tags left on clothes....they would never leave those on inventory that was earmarked for wholesaling...so maybe everything except the clothing was a pallet sale, and the clothing she lifted....who knows
What a huge storage unit. I really appreciate your sorting process as you empty, that shows years of experience doing this.
I also find amusing how you appreciate the most mundane of things (tea towels, scrubbers etc) like only a grown-up can lol
That Brahmin bag is worth lots of money!
I was just about to say that
I came to say it too!
CHA CHING! the green one ya?
Brahmin bags can be worth a few bucks. I paid $400 for mine a few years ago.
I found a Brahmin bag in like new condition with its little wallet a while back. I had never heard of it, after I looked it up I was surprised at the value, I sold it fast for $250, and it came out of a $20 unit that also had several Coach Bags ranging from not great shape to like new. I found out my mother is an expert when it comes to designer bags, which is weird, I have known her my entire life and am over 50 years old. The only designer anything I remember her ever owning was an Aigner bag my dad bought for her in France when they visited Paris in the late seventies. She carried that purse for thirty years when it started looking a bit raggedy (which is incredibly impressive because she carried it daily, a testament to quality). I know nothing about designer bags, my wife has never carried a purse, sometimes she carries one of those tiny little backpacks as a purse, so she doesn't know much more than I do. My mom on the other hand can tell fake from real with a glance, and so far has a 100% accuracy record. I have gotten friendly with a couple of clerks at the local Coach store, and they have always been very nice about verifying that the bags are real or not, and so far my mom hasn't gotten one wrong, and normally doesn't even touch them.
CANDLES MELT! At least here in Las Vegas it’s been warm enough that if a candle is in my mail box I’ll have a melted mess. Thing about how hot it gets in those semi trucks
Maybe she bought overstock pallets. That would be why she has a large amount of random new items
I purchase overstock pallets and we get a lot of the same random stuff and even things with security tags
The most logical thing to me is that most of the stuff is stolen
Buying liquidation pallets is my guess
Man Jack This one just keeps giving up great stuff, even a little mid Day snack, These are the ones that make ya hopeful in future units,
I’m with you Jack in thinking it was obtained by shoplifting when your state decriminalized theft under the 900.00 mark. With the sensors and all the brand new items I would say you hit the nail on the head with your guess. Hate to think it but 2+2 =4 so it fits. Anyway love your videos and way you do business. Great work.
This is the "Eileen FISHY" locker.
Ya, this lady was most definately a dumpster diver. No doubt in my mind.
Another great video…I think that I found your channel in 2019 when I was living in DC.
My mom and I love watching your show! We enjoy watching you treasure hunt and wouldn't miss your show for the world.
That being said, please do your research on dumpster diving as we have seen that people can pull stuff like that out of a dumpster. And in that quantity.
Yep, awesome series Jack..the lady definitely had some sticky fingers.
Thanks for another great video Jack! I definitely think this lady had a shopping problem😂she either loaded her trolly and walked out more so with the heavy items!😂 Could be her trauma caused itx guess we will never know, but she's given us a great video😂. Looking forward to the flea market video I love those🎉. Blessings from this Scottish Locker Nut x
Ok Jack, I brought this up after dinner the other night. I didn’t want to be judgmental so I put the facts out as we see it unfold. So was it judgmental or not? It was an overwhelming yes. Then the answer was “ people buy pallets of returns, overstock etc. “. I know I watch a couple that buy from a place in St. Louis and a couple of other places. They have a store. They get huge boxes of that full of beauty and health supplies along with other items from drugs stores. So I’m hoping and praying she wasn’t stealing all of that but I’m just can’t believe she was buying pallets or boxes from an overstock company. You should sell a lot of these items as they aren’t junk.😊❤
This locker been great. Love all the candles ❤
Brahmin is an expensive brand of handbag, I know because I have several.
That was fun!
I do enjoy Whatnot, I get in trouble there lol.
😂 I enjoyed the video 😊
What a great locker this one is. Congrats!!
I use to do loss prevention and yes they steal that stuff and do in in bulk like that too then sometimes use old receipts off the ground and make fraudulent returns for cash
You bet, never miss one of ya vids dear. Just jelly of those goodies ya find. And you might be right, they where thieves, with all those alarms on the clothes.
If she was a shopaholic, you would be finding at least some receipts with all of that new merchandise
Jebus always teases Amber with clothes hangers. 😂😂😂😂
Ty for the video Jack it was an absolute pleasure as always. Your seeing alot of air freshners because of people smoking and lazy people who don't clean enough so they try and mask the nasty odors in the air. Lol!!!
I've been watching 👀 you for years ..lol
I reckon she buys from shoplifters. She'd be called 'A fence' in the uk
There are stores that go bankrupt or just close down and don’t even bother to remove the tags. Has happened a few times here in Canada. Stores closing, just get it sold, have minimal staff to just get it gone, no time to remove tags.
Hope the lady is getting some help. Shop lifting and over buying often comes out of grief.
So so much new stuff- WoW 😮
I am enjoying this locker…lots of variety.
The mop heads made me wonder. Who uses so many different kinds of mops?
Maybe she had an outlet where she bought pallet returns from big retail stores.
Looks to me like she was a shoplifter with all the new personal care items. But I also wonder if she tried to have a catering business with all the cooking items , gloves , & spices
Very daring with the corn nuts. Enjoyed the video.
She could have worked at Target and bought the marked down product before it was pulled. literally $20-$30 items for a dime or a nickel.
Another idea is she buys palettes from those warehouses.
(There were a lot of receipts in many of the shopping bags so maybe a combination of kleptomania and shopaholic.) Also but I think grief can cause people to do this…It’s a coping mechanism. Ironically it’s often people who have money problems too…they shop to forget about problems, or for the dopamine. My mom was like this, used to buy things she didn’t need (often multiples) just because it was “on sale”
I have seen people pull some nice stuff out of dumpsters. Bug stuff as well.
Is there a Target warehouse facility in your neck of the woods? Maybe she bought there during after hour "sales events"??
Maybe since she lost a child she suffered a minor or major break and a way to cope was to go out and buy things that she didn't need. Not everyone is a thief.
Yes, not everyone is a thief but then again, many of the clothing he found had the sensor tags still attached. You can't just buy the clothing with the tag; the store takes those off when you buy it. I suspect she stole some of those things, especially the clothes with the sensors and then as you're thinking did a lot of shopping to cope with the tragedy.
Yes! I prefer the Apple Keyboards with the numeric extension, too!! You have style, my friend!
The target bags remind me of what I buy to put in my kids stockings at Christmas. My mom always got me like bathroom stuff, shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. in my stocking and so I do the same for my kids now so those bags remind me of my kids stockings, so I’ll take the target bags with all the stuff in them and use them for next year stockings
Really enjoy your videos. Lots of great items. Thanks for sharing.
I like watching from start to finish units.
I don’t think it’s shoplifting, either. You wouldn’t shoplift bags for packing up all your shoplifted stuff. I think some of your other viewers are right about these being from a Target pallets supplier of some sort. Storage Auction Pirate bought a huge unit of returns/unsolds from some store a couple of years ago, remember? Tons of Christmas stuff, if I remember correctly. What a find, though, Jack. So much brand new merchandise. Happy WhatNot -ing!
I loved this video. I can’t imagine so much new stuff!
Maybe she went crazy with credit cards. Some of that stuff would be hard to steal.
I definitely think she was stealing multiple amounts of merchandise from many stores. Those sensor tags tell us she stole the clothes so it's not a stretch to think she stole more. Some of it maybe she did pay for. It's strange to have so many new items and multiples not even opened. Maybe she was a reseller who bought things discounted to sell online but all the random little stuff is strange. I'm glad the state decided to end the free shoplifting idea. Your taxes out there are high enough. Can we get an update on Luna and the pup?
😁👋👍👍👏👏💕🙏🏻
I signed up for Whatnot when you first started including the code, and the $15 credit. And finally I bought something this week. I forgot what it was. But it was something.
It was an interesting locker. The collection of merchandise was not something I've seen before on locker shows, it's just very curious. Maybe the coronavirus lockdown change something in her mind. Where she thought she needed to get items and stock up on them while she could.
I signed up for it years and years ago through Wades Ventures, and I also just finally used it not too long ago. I bought a painting for my daughter for her bedroom.
Great locker Jack! I'm sure you're going to do well with it and I'm sure I'll be at the Whatnot auction lol looks like a close out, dumpster diver hoarder situation ☺
I bought an old girlfriend a Brahimin leather handbag and it cost several hundred pounds and that was awhile back.
Maybe she worked at Target, ect and stole the stuff from the stock🤷♀️ “office theft”. I was thinking of your shoplifting and California law theory too.
Also, this is a weird locker things that are in it like nothing makes sense. I think you’re right that they were kleptomaniac and that they just would go in and steal as much as they could and they didn’t really need it or care. They just put it in the storage bin I don’t know what makes no sense
I would love to have one of those round footstools but I don’t know how to get whatnot because I have nobody to teach me anything about this stuff, but if you want to send it to me I will pay you buy card or check before you mail it. Please, I see so much stuff in that locker I would have loved to have had. ❤. Anyway I love watching your videos they’re great. Bless you and your family 🙏💕
Have you considered opening a retail location for some of the stuff, find a relatively low cost store , hire a a person to keep it going, based on your presence already you would have traffic and another source cash flow, these sent candles , tools , almost everything in this looker could go there ,
Dude, do you like the best one that does this you have the best personality for this most of the other people it's hard to follow
😢 She lost her daughter. Depressed and went shopping with credit cards. I doubt she cared about any of this stuff.
Taheen not tayjin. 😂
Wondering if Jack’s kids go shopping first in this type of locker of new household items before it goes up for sale. I know I would 😁
I think sometimes shoplifters take stuff just to take it...even if it doesn't make sense
She needed a challenge lol and raised the bar lol
I love it how you don't throw out the rollies! ;)
It also looks like a returns bin.
Dang! That was a nice one!
Brahman handbag is a winner.
I bought a storage unit recently that had at least 1,000 new with tags clothing items multiple sizes shoes coats all new
Or like new. It made
No sense she didn’t
Have a store and there were receipts so she was just a shopaholic.
Hi Jack. I do watch every video you put out. Greetings from 🇪🇸
Love watching from Canada 😊
Also from Canada in Ontario
Great videos. I think maybe she was a re-saler? Maybe she bought "last year collections" for sale
You should lot those spices up and auction them they will sell
The Poofs, pillow looking things are popular. I think you should bring at least two to the better market. I think they will sell for a price making it worth the space they take up.
There aren’t receipts in the bags either.
I just had a thought. Have you ever had a previous owner show up after you bought a room on auction?
Those pillow/seats are quite expensive, very well made mx
Can you say shoplifter?😂😂❤
Right on , locker food challenge, lol.
Noooooo!!! You ate the corn nuts!!!!💥
employee could have bought some of the items on the top of packages and used the 5 finger discount to fill the bags.....I have personally seen this as I was store security - the larger heavy items could have been "put out for trash" they get very creative when they take without paying
room essentials nightstand is $55 at target. just bough tone last week lol
Hello Jack! Maybe use some of the items on your Whatnot auction for Giviees? Just a suggestion.
I’m a clearance shopper and coupon shopper.. I’ve got tones of stuff that I don’t need just because it was on clearance 70-90% off or because it’s a cheap deal with coupons.. It’s the thrill of the find for me .. Hobby Lobby, Dollar General, Target all have amazing clearance sales and deals..
That's exactly what I said. I've even sold quite a bit of Walmart clearance stuff I found back in the day.
We need more Flea Market videos !
Those are foot stools not pillows . They are great about 40 buck new.
I am shocked you didn't put on that "du-rag" as much as you liked it lol
Its a shame we don't whatnot in the UK
Whatnot is in the uk, pop on & you will see 100’s of uk seller’s
Tajin Pronounce the J like an H) is a flavoring from Mexico. They put it on everything - even fruit. That is probably what you were tasting.
The new items look like from target pallet buys, but the security tags I am concerned are from stealing, there were too many to be from being overlooked at the register.
Some older people stockpile things like this to save for a time when they think they might not be able to get out & about from arthritis or other disabilities. like they buy things for the rest of their lives so they wont ever have to live without. Can't remember how much they already have & keep getting more.
Nice score on the candles hey get that wax off the ones that are broke and they were thrown in the garbage
I wonder if this person purchased pallets of goods. More and more people are doing that, then intend on reselling but never get to it? It is strange that there is so much new stuff, it just isn't the typical shoplifter stuff.
Hi Jack from S.KOREA! Very nice locker. I'm really thinking shopaholic. Lots of small stuff you could hide in a pocket , but too many large and heavy items.
Love Brahmin. Pricey. I see them at Nordstroms, $300 plus.
I have watched all episodes!
I think she stole all of it.
