Did DOD also have around 300 renders per update with a 3-4 month interval? With 3000+ patrons I expected him to have a decent rig.

Nothing to do with a faster render machine. A better render machine may produce more "output", but setting up a scene with all the little details takes time. And then each render need to undergo postwork in PS. Not every dev does it. Even DrPinkCake doesn't do it for each of his renders.

it he did it vn like he can do more than 300 renders for sure, the problem is the sandbox usually needs more code work.
In any case there may be a update next month

Why do you care about other people wallet? Not just this thread but almost any other thread turned in to whining spot for a year now. I hope for another clean-up from mods.

I know its to early to fuck Joyce but why couldn't he just do another grind scene like he did with Isabel. He still aint top that scene yet in the game. Instead he implies its about to happen just to cock block you.
Download link suggests its a beta release - best to wait for a full release? Would be waiting for the walkthrough mod anyway but just wanted to know if it will be updated again before downloading.

Working on a game myself, I can tell you that it's way more time consuming than I thought it'd be. Especially posing, getting the lighting right, actually writing a coherent story, coding story branches, etc. A good computer helps with rendering times but the vast majority of time is spent on non-rendering duties.
Especially with a sandbox type game where there are multiple decisions and multiple paths. The add animations to the whole thing and you just tripled your workload.
This whole thing has really made me respect the devs that put out small but consistent updates and stick to their schedule. I'm not making excuses, but the work that goes into making these is a lot more than I think most people think it is.
But yes, adding more and more girls really expands the breadth of the game and creates a workflow problem. Not only do you now have to render all these girls,get their poses, set up their animations, but you also need to place them in the story in a good way, or be lazy and just say they're a slut at the expense of a good story.
Basically, there are a lot of small moving parts where one small brouhaha can cause a chain reaction of delays.
